Are my photos stored on your servers?
No. Your photos are processed securely and are not permanently stored on our servers without your explicit consent. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I use the hairstyle preview feature?
Go to the "Try On" tab, upload your selfie and a reference hairstyle photo, then tap "Preview". The AI will generate a realistic preview of you with that hairstyle.
How do credits work?
Each AI recommendation or preview uses credits. New users receive free credits to get started. You can earn more through daily check-ins, referrals, or by purchasing credit packs in the app.
The AI preview doesn't look right. What should I do?
For best results: use a clear, well-lit photo facing forward, avoid heavy filters, and make sure your full face is visible. If issues persist, please contact us.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → VibeHair, and tap Cancel Subscription.
